What is the purpose of the Design Meeting?

In preparation for the Survey, we are hosting a
no-cost discussion about the survey needs in the specialised and niche IT market, and we invite you to participate in this FREE Survey Design Meeting and bring your ideas along with you.

We welcome your input in terms of critical roles and ‘burning platform’ issues in your organisation.

Timelines will be communicated and agreed at the Design Meeting.

• IT Risk and Compliance – identifying and mitigating IT-related risks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, standards, and protocols;
• AI and Machine Learning – harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to develop systems that learn from data, enabling automation and intelligent decision-making;
• Cybersecurity – Safeguarding digital assets by monitoring, preventing, detecting and mitigating cyber threats and security breaches.

The survey will test prevalence of:

• Premiums for specific programming languages;
• Sign-on bonuses;
• Circumstantial allowances;
• Attraction and retention strategies;
• Programming languages used;
• Development platforms used;
• Cloud platforms used;
• Data science and BI tools used.
