SURVEY: ESG and
Performance-based Pay

The survey will address the prevalence of ESG measures in incentive scheme design, short term versus long term measures, measures per element, the weighting of measures, favoured outputs, and whether (and where) measures are used elsewhere in the organisation.

CLOSING DATE:
Thursday 29 June

We live in the process of evolution… things are changing all the time, often faster than we notice. If we look back 10 years, we would have perhaps guessed what the acronym ESG stands for. Now it rolls off the tongue, and we all know about it.

We invite you to participate in this quick snap survey that investigates the link between ESG and performance-based pay.
