Employees may have concerns, complaints, dissatisfaction or a feeling of injustice related to workplace relationships or the work environment. All of these issues need to be addressed by management.

Employees who have repeatedly not performed according to standard need assistance to overcome poor performance. In order to promote effective and efficient performance, employers need to apply corrective action that will enable the employer to perform to the standard expected of them.

This course will investigate performance and enable employees to understand, manage, and initiate a hearing for poor performance.
