2 day in-house course

Self-management is about the powerful mix of people in a team depending on each other, setting mutually relevant goals, holding each other accountable for achieving those goals and developing a keen eye for each other’s strengths and talents. This combined with the personal passions of people leads to robust, self-organising, collaborative teams which are flexible, diverse, independent, responsive and agile.

In this structure and form, ownership and responsibility for results flourishes, in so doing creating the necessary conditions for research, innovation, self-discovery, continuous improvement and customer service.
