In this structure and form, ownership and responsibility for results flourishes, in so doing creating the necessary conditions for research, innovation, self-discovery, continuous improvement and customer service.

Delegates must have completed modules 1 and ideally module 2 before attending module 3.

  • A range of practices of varying difficulty which can be implemented in an organisation to introduce self-management.
