If you have not received confirmation – IN WRITING – of your booking five working days before the event, please contact us on +27 11  447  0306  to confirm that we have received your registration.

 

Yes, you may send someone else in your place. Please inform us – IN WRITING – of the new name for registration purposes at least one working day prior to the event. There is no additional charge for substitutions.

 

Yes, provided that you do so – IN WRITING – at least 15 working days prior to the event.

 

If you cancel your registration – IN WRITING – at least 6 working days prior to the event, there will be no cost involved.


If you can cancel your registration WITHIN 5 days of the event, you will be liable for the FULL FEE.


Please note that you are free to send a substitute in your place at no extra cost.

 

Packages are non-refundable, however you may transfer your package to anyone in your company to use.

If you registered for the event at any time WITHIN 6 days of the event, and cancel at any stage before the event, you will be liable for the FULL FEE.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, 21st Century reserves the right to change the programme content, the speakers, venue or date. Delegates will be notified no less than 3 working days prior to an event. Should this occur, and the delegate chooses not to attend the next available date of the relevant event, the registration fee will be credited on the delegate’s account.
