Train the Trainer

3-day online course

Re-empower the trainer to navigate within the context of the current – and future – digitised workplace environment that is characterised by artificial intelligence, virtual reality, robotic process automation, remote and hybrid work environments.

The dynamics of the changing world of of work, coupled with the 4IR journey and the “future of work today and or in future” all create a melting pot of excitement and opportunities for HR in general, and the trainer in particular.

The title ‘trainer’, in its broadest sense, has come to mean anyone in the organisation who is entrusted with the facilitation of occupational learning and development, and organisation development interventions. Twenty-five years after the Skills Development Act and its requirements of unit standards, sector education training authorities, and education and training quality assurance bodies, the trainer has no doubt mastered these requirements.

In this time of unprecedented global change, however, there is a need to re-empower the trainer within the context of a completely different workplace – a technology-led learning & development environment characterised by:

  • artificial intelligence;
  • virtual reality;
  • robotic process automation;
  • remote and hybrid work environments;
  • an almost completely digitised workplace;
  • and the future of work “now” and in the “future”.
