Learn the most important aspects of compiling a report and formulating earnings progressions by incorporating aspects of remuneration practices and labour market data

Course content and outcomes

At the conclusion of this course the delegate should be able to:

  • Understand the fundamentals of job evaluation principles and its application in loss of earnings reports;
  • Competently analyse payslips;
  • Formulate earnings progressions;
  • Apply labour market considerations in reports;
  • Critically analyse salary surveys and understand the critical quality questions to ask;
  • Understand which salary surveys to apply to different cases.
