- Strategy Facilitation and Design:
How to facilitate and design a strategy, including steps and models to be followed.
- The Basics of Organisational Design:
An overview of the elements of organisational design, including strategy, business models, value chain, operating models, structure, and governance.
3 Day Course:
- Intermediate Organisational Design:
A more in-depth examination of strategy linkage, business model, value chain and operating model design, the design and testing of macro-and micro-structures, strategic workforce planning and company governance models.
5 Day Course:
- Advanced Organisational Design:
This course includes practical exercises and covers the following: - Strategy facilitation and design;
- Understanding organisational architecture, including leadership and structure models;
- Understanding and designing a Business Model;
- Understanding and designing a Value Chain;
- Understanding and designing an Operating Model;
- Designing a suitable Macrostructure;
- Design and testing of a microstructure including level gaps, spans of control and ratios;
- Strategic Workforce Planning tenements;
- Governance models.
We can offer your company any of these individual courses, or any combination of courses, depending on your requirements.
In-house Training Rates
All our courses can be run In-house and can be customised to suit your organisation’s needs.
- 1-10 delegates: a flat daily rate of R26 775.00
- PLUS a daily fee for each additional delegate of R3 000.00
