- Benefits of mentoring/coaching to the mentor/coach, mentee, and the organisation,
- Critical success factors that need to be in place;
- Role of the Mentor / Coach, Mentee, and Human Resources/Training and Development department;
- Overall mentoring/coaching journey;
- Understanding and demonstrating:
- The initial mentoring/coaching discussion and how to contract on the mentoring/coaching process,
- How to use mentoring/coaching conversations and the GROW model to achieve success,
- Key mentoring and coaching skills.
- Understanding how to review the success of the mentoring/coaching journey.
