A refresher that is focused on the rules, principles, and key components of job profiling, with a revisit of the impact profiles have on HR and remuneration processes.
Participants will explore the organisational design context, profiling terminology, profile-writing rules, preparation steps, and the respective roles of HR and managers. Light, practical exercises will be included to reinforce understanding.
