Key Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the link between organisational design and job profiles and the strategic impact and value of well-written profiles;
  • Understand the difference between Job Descriptions and Job Profiles;
  • Accurately define terminology and apply job profiling language and rules;
  • Plan a profiling project through a comprehensive preparation process to ensure engagement, collaboration, and a successful outcome;
  • Define valid components and develop an effective job profile template;
  • Identify and apply profiling processes and methodology;
  • Conduct effective profiling interviews, using advanced questioning and probing techniques;
  • Promote success through meaningful contribution, collaboration, and engagement by understanding your role (who should update vs. who drives and owns the profiling process);
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in drafted profiles;
  • Produce accurate, effective, and high-quality job profiles that support the accurate outcome of Job Evaluation and all other Remuneration and HR processes, aligned with strategic objectives.

Accreditation

This course is accredited by two highly prestigious bodies in the Remuneration and Reward field – SARA and SABP – and CPD points will be awarded for completing this course.

  • Structured according to the total number of course days required;
  • Savings of up to 30%;
  • Valid for one year from date of purchase;
  • Specific to the company (rather than the delegate), so can be used by any number of employees, in any combination, for any course or courses.
  • We require an upfront payment.

We require a minimum of 5 delegates to run in-house courses.

  • For between 5 and 10 delegates, a flat daily rate of R26 775.00;
  • PLUS a daily fee for each additional delegate of R2 300.00.

We can tailor-make each course, or customise any combination of courses to suit your organisation’s needs.

Many of our courses are accredited by highly prestigious bodies in the Remuneration and Reward field. CPD points will be awarded for all completed accredited courses.

  • Once your booking has been confirmed in writing and you have been invoiced, an upfront payment is required.
  • Once invoiced, there will be no refunds. However, you may transfer your course or package to anyone in your company to use.
  • 21st Century reserves the right to invoice customers for goods and services ordered, which were procured upon written request (completed form), either via a non-cancellable, irrevocable order, an official purchase order, or an email instruction received.
  • 21st Century reserves the right not to accept any order.
  • If you cancel or reschedule at any time before the date of training, payment will be retained and you will receive a training credit, which can be used within a calendar year. You may, however, send a substitute in your place at no extra cost. Please inform us – IN WRITING – of the new name for registration purposes at least one working day before the event.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, 21st Century reserves the right to change the programme content, the speakers, the venue or the date.
  • If the event is canceled, delegates will be notified in writing. The delegate can then choose to attend on the next available date of the scheduled event.
