Course content and outcomes

At the conclusion of this course the delegate should:

• Be more self aware,
• Be better able to manage their own emotions,
• Be able to motivate self and others,
• Be more adept at handling challenging relationships with others,
• Recognise the emotions of others,
• Respond appropriately to others,
• Build better relationships through listening,
• Understand why we sometimes “lose it”,
• Be better able to overcome fear and anxiety,
• Have tools and resources to draw on,
• Have a report on the assessment of their current emotional intelligence and recommendations for areas that require additional work.

Are there any prerequisites for attending this course?

Yes. The EQ-i 2.0 Model of Emotional Intelligence is to be conducted before the course.

This assessment mentioned above is NOT included in the cost of the course, and will incur an additional cost over and above the cost of the course of:

R 2 800.00
(per delegate, excluding VAT)

In-house Training Rates

All our courses can be run In-house and can be customised to suit your organisation’s needs.

• 1-10 delegates: a flat daily rate of R26 775.00
• PLUS a daily fee for each additional delegate of R3 000.00

Please note that all public training courses require upfront payment by your organisation. If any delegate cannot attend, they may transfer their place on the course to any other person from the organisation. Terms & Conditions will be sent to you on booking.
