You will learn the best practice principles of culture and engagement strategy design, and will be challenged in a practical way to convert “best practice” into “best fit” for your organisation.

This course is accredited by both SARA and IPM, and CPD points will be awarded for members who attend the course.

All our courses can be run In-house and can be customised to suit your organisation’s needs.
- 1-10 delegates: a flat daily rate of R26 775.00
- PLUS a daily fee for each additional delegate of R3 000.00
