Craig has consulted to over 1000 organisations both nationally and internationally, and sits on and advises several board committees. As a recognised industry specialist, he has written numerous articles and has spoken at conferences on varied remuneration and reward topics.

Craig undertook various preparation exercises for global year-end compensation processes, including supporting business area controlling in the monthly accrual management process; analysing market data to establish salary and total compensation benchmarks; and managing the global salary process. He was responsible for data quality management, which included collating and uploading salary & promotion proposals during the annual compensation process.
