The Baobab tree represents longevity, hardiness, support, sustainability, & unity.
The Baobab tree is revered throughout Africa, and represents a return to wholeness and unity with all of life. This mystical tree can live for more than a thousand years. It is famously hardy and almost indestructible, making it an obvious source of food, water, and shelter for creatures of all sizes. Nicknamed the “tree of life,” the baobab plays a key role in its ecosystem, keeping soil humid, promoting nutrient recycling, and preventing erosion.

The Marula tree is a symbol of stability, sustenance, abundance and diversity.
The Marula is an ancient and much-loved tree in Southern Africa, and its fruit, nuts, bark, leaves, and kernels have sustained the lives of insects, birds, animals and humans for more than 10 000 years.
According to tradition, Hare helped Elephant find water during a year of drought, and Elephant thanked Hare by giving him one of his precious tusks. Hare planted the tusk in the ground, and it grew into a magnificent fruit-bearing tree that he named Marula. Since then, Elephant visits the Marula tree each season to feast on hundreds of kilograms of its fruit.
