Who we are
In 1996, we set out to design and provide pragmatic, easy-to-understand Remuneration and HR solutions.
Since then, we have developed a formidable reputation for delivering realistic, practical, output-driven Remuneration, HR, Change, OD, and People solutions, supported by a strong Analytics capability.

21st Century has a Level 1 B-BBEE status as a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) through a sworn affidavit, as permitted under the Amended B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice (Gazette No. 42496, 31 May 2019), printed from the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (DTIC) website and certified by a Commissioner of Oaths.
As a value-adding supplier, this allows our clients to claim a preferential procurement spend of 135% of the value of the procurement from 21st Century.
