Remuneration and Benefits Survey

We invite you to co-author the roles, content and participants which you would like us to include.

Upon receiving your feedback, we will finalise and send you the data pack.

  • Job matching guidelines (list of jobs, levels and descriptors)
  • Data submission sheet (to collect payroll data)
  • Online questionnaire with a few questions on benefits practices
  • Completion and report timelines
  • Participation slip

Once we have received the data we will compile the reports that will detail the survey results:

  • remuneration benchmarks by grade against your individual employees
  • remuneration benchmarks by job against your individual employees
  • benefits practices in the industry

The reports will be subsequently emailed to you.

Current, valid survey results are an invaluable tool when making important remuneration decisions during the course of the year.

Very importantly, the survey results can assist in ensuring that your organisation is in a position to comply with the new legislation tabled in the Employment Equity Act, “Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value” which came into effect on 1 August 2014.

Our business rests on commitment to confidentiality of data. Thus under no circumstances would any individual information or any company-specific information be disclosed to any other participant.
