  • The survey price INCLUDES unlimited access to all data for all positions (over 1700 positions) on RewardOnline (our National Salary Survey) for a full year. This constitutes a massive savings benefit.  To give you an idea of the value of this saving, the professional fee (based on the number of employees in your firm) that we would normally charge is shown in the table below.

  • The survey will be tailor-made to suit your firm’s specific requirements.

  • The reports include both a Remuneration report AND a report on Benefits in the Legal industry.

  • The rates have been adjusted in order to be more affordable for small and medium-sized firms.
Current, valid survey results are an invaluable tool when making important remuneration decisions during the course of the year.

Very importantly, the survey results can assist in ensuring that your organisation is in a position to comply with the new legislation tabled in the Employment Equity Act, “Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value” which came into effect on 1 August 2014.

  • We would like to discuss the particular requirements that you may have for the survey, in terms of both roles and survey content, so that the end product will meet your organisation’s needs.
  • You will be required to send us your role descriptions.

Once the remuneration information and specific roles have been agreed on, we will:

  • collect data from each participant
  • analyse the data and
  • produce an in-depth report detailing our findings.
